Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are prepared and dispatched the same day from our Casablanca centre. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the following morning. We operate Monday through Saturday.

100% Cash on Delivery. You pay only upon receipt, in cash. No card or bank transfer required.
If absent: The courier will attempt a second delivery or call you. If delivery fails twice, the order is returned and you will be contacted to reschedule.
Non-returnable products
Due to the nature of food supplements, any product whose security seal is broken or packaging damaged cannot be returned, except for proven manufacturing defects.
Send an email to support@nootropic.ma or a WhatsApp message to +212 663-050461 within 7 days of receipt. State your order number and reason.
Our team validates your request within 24 business hours and communicates the return address and details.
Return the product in its original, unopened packaging (seal intact). Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the product is defective or it was our error.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned package, we process the refund within 7 business days, via bank transfer or cash as agreed.
If your order arrives damaged, report it within 24h of receipt by sending a photo of the package and product to support@nootropic.ma. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
