Your data belongs to you. We never sell it. We only collect what is necessary to fulfil your order.
The data controller for your personal data is Nootropic.ma, operating the site nootropic.ma. For any question relating to your data, contact us at: support@nootropic.ma.
We collect only the data strictly necessary to process your order: first and last name, phone number, delivery address, email (optional). We collect no banking data. No credit card is required. For customer accounts: email, password (encrypted), order history.
Your data is used exclusively for: (1) processing and delivering your orders, (2) managing your customer account, (3) sending order confirmations, (4) after-sales service. With your explicit consent, your email may be used to inform you of new products and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Your data is stored on secure servers (Supabase — hosted on AWS Europe) protected by 256-bit TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Order data is retained for 5 years in accordance with Moroccan legal obligations. Data from inactive accounts is deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
We never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared with: our delivery provider (name, address, phone — to ensure delivery), Supabase (secure database infrastructure), and competent authorities if required by law. All partners are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
In accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Morocco), you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right to object, right to portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nootropic.ma. We will respond within 30 days.
Our site uses strictly necessary cookies (session, cart, language preferences). We also use anonymised analytics cookies to understand site usage and improve your experience.
