Q&A

Frequently asked questions

Is the Student Focus Pack suitable for competitive exams and medical school?
Yes. It was designed for periods of high, prolonged cognitive load: CalmFocus opens the focus window, Huperzine A supports memorisation during the session, and standalone L-Theanine lets you lower nervous tension on high-pressure days. That is exactly the profile of a candidate in preparatory classes, medicine or business school during revision.
Can the Student Focus Pack be taken daily for several months?
CalmFocus and L-Theanine can be taken daily. Huperzine A, however, must be cycled: 4 to 5 days per week with 2 to 3 days off. This pause preserves acetylcholinesterase sensitivity and keeps the product effective across a full academic year.
Is there a risk of dependence or of a crash?
No. None of the three products acts on dependence circuits. The only stimulant component is the caffeine in CalmFocus, and it is buffered by L-Theanine in a studied ratio, which is precisely what removes the spike-then-crash of caffeine alone. On stopping, there is no withdrawal syndrome beyond possible fatigue linked to stopping caffeine.
Does the pack replace sleep and a good study method?
No, and this matters. Memory consolidation happens during deep sleep: a student sleeping 4 hours will cancel out most of the benefit. The pack amplifies an existing study method — spaced repetition, active recall, structured sessions — it does not replace it.
How soon are the effects felt?
CalmFocus and L-Theanine act within 30 to 60 minutes, from the very first dose. Huperzine A delivers its full effect on memorisation after 5 to 10 days of regular use, once acetylcholine levels have stabilised at a higher baseline.
