Pourquoi suis-je fatigué en automne alors que le Maroc est ensoleillé ?
Parce que l'ensoleillement disponible et la lumière réellement reçue sont deux choses différentes. Partir au travail à la lumière rasante, passer la journée en intérieur et rentrer de nuit signifie que la rétine ne reçoit jamais le signal lumineux franc dont l'horloge biologique a besoin.
Faut-il prendre de la vitamine D en hiver au Maroc ?
Très probablement oui. Entre octobre et mars, l'angle solaire est trop faible pour permettre une synthèse cutanée significative, même en plein soleil. Un dosage de 25-OH-vitamine D en octobre ou novembre donne une base fiable — il est disponible dans tous les laboratoires marocains.
Quelle différence entre fatigue saisonnière et dépression saisonnière ?
La fatigue saisonnière reste fonctionnelle : baisse de motivation, sommeil plus long, envie de sucre. Le trouble affectif saisonnier implique une tristesse persistante, une perte d'intérêt et une altération réelle du fonctionnement. Au-delà de deux semaines de symptômes invalidants, c'est une consultation médicale.
Le magnésium est-il vraiment nécessaire avec la vitamine D ?
Oui. Le magnésium est le cofacteur de la conversion de la vitamine D en sa forme active. Se supplémenter en D3 avec un statut magnésien insuffisant revient à se priver d'une partie du bénéfice attendu.
